Reducing valve type ADC AM
It is a super compact reducing (pressure-reducing) valve.
A reducing valve has the function of maintaining a constant outlet pressure when the inlet pressure becomes high within a hydraulic circuit. These valves are typically used when it is necessary to supply a low and constant pressure to a secondary circuit from a primary circuit that has high and variable pressure levels. They are designed for flow supply to control circuits with low flow requirements. By design, there is always a leak, which needs to be returned to the tank through the depressurized line. Reverse flow direction is possible up to about 30% of Qmax. A bypass check valve is required for higher pressure reverse flow. These reducing valves are equipped with an override compensation function, which allows them to function like pressure control valves when the pressure on the secondary side exceeds the set pressure due to external forces, etc.
